It's all about you
Your journey begins with some fact finding. We need to know a bit about you - your style preferences, how you plan to use your kitchen, your goals, vision and aspirations.
We give you the tools so you can provide all the information we need to understand you and pull the look of your kitchen together.
STEP TWO
Sit back while we work our magic
Once we've received your information, we’ll get to work on creating your samples box, complete with your colour scheme, and sample materials.
We'll also create your mood-board, and write your kitchen design advice and this will all be added to your bound design guide.
We'll then package it all together in your very own stylish design box.

You've got mail
Your box will be delivered via courier within two weeks

The first thing you'll want to do is look at all your lovely samples.
Then settle down with a mug of tea (complimentary tea bag included) and browse through your design booklet.

We work extremely hard to get the look of your kitchen right the first time. Our questionnaire is designed to get into the nitty gritty of your style and needs so we can design a scheme that’s a perfect fit for you and your family. Just in case, on the rare occasion that we don’t quite hit the mark, we do have a happiness guarantee, which includes one round of revisions. Please contact us if you are not completely in love with your box.

You’ll find everything you need in your box, so they are no live calls included in this package. If you feel you need additional help, you can book a Kitchen Design Power Hour

Ideally as early as possible. If you are working with an architect on an extension or a new build then around the time you are considering the kitchen layout is perfect. If you are renovating or redesigning an existing kitchen, then as soon as you make the decision to go ahead.
That said, if you are further down the line and feeling a bit stuck or lacking in confidence or inspiration, then the box will still be a valuable tool to help address the issues you may be struggling with.

Yes.
If you have plans from an architect or kitchen company that you are not sure about then we are happy to take a look and make alternative layout suggestions where possible. Any changes we make will be explained and justified in the bespoke design document.

Our aim is to completely smash the brief and provide a scheme that you love. If we don't quite hit the mark, please contact us and we can rectify the situation.

Your box will be dispatched by courier within two weeks of us receiving your completed questionnaire, photographs, inspirational images, and plans. In the unlikely event that there is a delay, you will be notified via email.

Once we have received your payment, you will a receive a link via email to download the documents for stage one. This includes:
• Your welcome letter
• Questionnaire - so you can tell us about your space, lifestyle, style and needs
• A guide to help you measure your kitchen (if you don’t already have kitchen/architect plans, we will need a room plan with dimensions).
• A guide to help you photograph an existing kitchen (seeing pictures of your space will help us with your colour and surfaces palette).
• Kitchen task roadmap
You then email us your completed questionnaire, existing kitchen plans or room plans, photographs of the room and Pinterest or Houzz boards to illustrate your style preferences. Once this is received, we will start working on your box, which is dispatched by courier within two weeks.
The bonus guide download will be included on your despatch email, ready for you to access.

The products in the box are all sourced from UK suppliers, but that’s not to say that you won’t be able to find something similar elsewhere, but we obviously can’t guarantee this. Shipping costs would be in addition to the price of the box, so please contact us for prices.
