It's all about you

Your journey begins with some fact finding. Tell us what you need from your design box and how we can help you achieve exactly what you are looking for.

We delve into your style preferences, how you plan to use your kitchen, your goals, vision, aspirations and the challenges you face.

STEP TWO

Sit back while we work our magic

Once we've received your information, we’ll get to work on your kitchen design and start pulling your material samples together. These will be safely packed inside your box, along with your colour scheme.

We'll also create your moodboard, layout ideas and write your kitchen design documents.

STEP THREE

You've got mail

Your box will be delivered via courier within two weeks of us receiving your completed questionnaire.

You’ll receive an email to let you know that your box is on it’s way. This message will include a link to download your design documents.

STEP FOUR

Start planning like a pro

The first thing you'll want to do is look at all your lovely samples.

Then settle down with a mug of tea (complimentary tea bag included) and browse through your design document and planning toolkit.

There’s a lot of information to go through, so take your time, digest all of the ideas and enjoy thinking about how lovely your new kitchen is going to look.

Our questionnaire is designed to get into the nitty gritty of your style and needs so we can design a scheme that’s a perfect fit for you and your family. Just in case, on the rare occasion that we don’t quite hit the mark, we do have a happiness guarantee, which includes one round of revisions. Please contact us if you are not completely in love with your box.

  • You’ll find everything you need in your box, so they are no live calls included in this package. If you feel you need additional help, you can book a Kitchen Design Power Hour

  • Your timing couldn't be better. Wouldn't it be great to know exactly what kitchen you want before you even step foot in a kitchen showroom? To have a kitchen design toolkit, giving you the expert knowledge, essential insider know-how and a tried and tested design process, so you can achieve your kitchen goals with confidence?

    That's what you'll get with your Kitchen Design In A Box. We've laid out our simple to follow process that we use for all our kitchen designs. You'll receive design inspiration, how-to planning sheets, a curated selection of samples and a bonus shopping and styling guide, so you have all the tools you need to confidently plan your kitchen from beginning to end. It's like having an interior designer in your pocket. We're with you every step of the way.

  • We would love to include complete kitchen layout plans and spent lots of time deliberating on how we could achieve this. Unfortunately, due to the complexity and diversity of kitchen designs, the different cabinets offered by kitchen companies and the time it takes to understand and address everyone's specific needs, it was clear that this wouldn't be financially viable for this package. Instead, we offer top-line ideas and recommendations to enhance your space, based on our design experience. This will mean that you have a starting point and specific design topics to discuss with your kitchen company. If you feel that you would benefit from additional support, we are here for you.   • Our aim is to completely smash the brief and provide a scheme that you love. If we don't quite hit the mark, please contact us and we can rectify the situation.

  • Your box will be dispatched by courier within two weeks of us receiving your completed questionnaire, photographs, inspirational images, and plans. In the unlikely event that there is a delay, you will be notified via email.

  • The products in the box are all sourced from UK suppliers, but that’s not to say that you won’t be able to find something similar elsewhere, but we obviously can’t guarantee this. Shipping costs would be in addition to the price of the box, so please contact us for prices.

  • Please contact us so we can look into this for you.

  • Please contact us and send us a picture of the damage. We can then rectify the situation.

  • Yes we can. Please provide details of the colours you would like to use, the brand of paint and where you intend to use the colours in your questionnaire. We can then create a scheme centred around this.

  • This is something that we are looking into, but for the time being, please contact the suppliers listed in your booklet and buy the products directly through them or your kitchen showroom.
